I might have enjoyed the video, but you should have shown your family face. Be proud of your family, a lot of food bloggers usually shows their face 👀👀😁
Google translate "Reminds me of Matang, Kuching in Sarawak. Because there are also similar foods." Thanks for the comment. Sarawak must be another nice place to visit in Malaysia?
Hi, thank you for the message. Regarding the hawker centre, all I can say is that it is next to the Ice Kacang store where we ate, as we did not try any of the food at the hawker centre even though it was tempting. Just to mention, it seems like a nice option: if you eat at the centre, we recommend trying the Ice Kacang treat there after.
Hi Alisa, thanks for the comment and question. Unfortunately I can not help you there as I don't have the information. What I can say is the place is relatively new. When we were there at the start of this year, we did not have any issues regards smell.
Hi, thank you for your comment and question. 100% agree that it is not comparable when referring to other places you have mentioned above. From a foreigner's perspective, Air Itam may seem somewhat chaotic, but locals experience and navigate this daily, hence the title 'Ordered Chaos'. Regarding food or traffic, Air Itam is known for its Assam Laksa and the narrow, congested main road. Unfortunately, the well-known Assam Laksa store only opens on weekends, which we missed (our fault). Otherwise, it would have been the focal point of this vlog. Nevertheless, it's a great place, and we enjoyed our time there.
From my experience, Malaysia, being a developing country, has fairly advanced road networks. It just so happens that Ayer Itam is a popular place for both locals and tourists alike. Unfortunately, the roads there are also quite narrow. Just keep calm!
All good, and thanks for commenting. I fully agree with that prices in Malaysia are definitely very affordable at the moment for overseas travellers. 👌
Hi @travelwithprotik2486, we stayed during Christmas and booked through AirBnB. We paid on average $Au150/night which is approximately $RM450/night for a family of 6. From google maps, Conlay MRT is 10min walk. We found Grab to be super cheap and more convenient. Hope that helps.
very entertaining video! the rich culture, great foods and scenery in malaysia looked pretty amazing! great vlog-type content, definitely a step up in editing as well!
