Really detailed and informative videos, I must request LESS CAMERA ROTATING it isn't smooth and is distracting. The camera should be with the sun at your camera persons back as the lighting was totally wrong, the moves are better seen stationary camera and with lighting to see the performers face. The music is a bit overpowering but I like the moves and am having difficulty getting it smoothly so I watch with sound off and captions on.

You have no idea ; How far ahead from other sports , healing , yoga , movements etc classes 😮 what you are doing looks very simple but making things simple requires expertise 😊 i could understand your way after a year stretching… I guess To be able to for beginners understand your way not only your students opinions but also professional s opinions are needed… so please make some sessions with professionals and get their opinions 👍🏻 I wish best for you , Your fellow mover 😁
Inspiring! Our birthright is to proudly move in all our shapes, stories and qualities of movement. On minute 13 onwards I can feel how the story becomes reacher and each muscle is counting the story. Makes me embody my inner dancer 🙂🙏❣️ Hope to meet you sometime as I am costarrican.
