1:20 I have always loved the sound the Xen Teleporter makes when you get closer to it. It almost sounds like music. Someone should upload the other Teleport Rooms even the one with the living lone scientist.
Geremiah or jeremiah was one of the demons too, i was surprised, patrick beheaded him at the end, first jeremiah threatened to kill patrick. Betteney was beheaded at the first levels but shes alive at the final level, patrick defeats beteney too.
Interesting fact: i found a 4th island accidentally when i played gmod. Its near main room, and it is bright. There is also a pond with blue crystal and icky. That island has a lot of bone spirals, and some aliens. Also there is a teleport to the main room, its on top, but there is some flying platforms, so you can climb to it. Inexplicably, i wasn't teleported to that island (i just used noclip).
you need a second person to pull two levers at the same time wich will open a door, just kill the shadow mummy behind the door and congrats, you've completed it ;)
