The Day you allow CASINOS to come within 100 miles of your town, Is the day you signed off on BINGOS as the people in Michigan would rather spend their hard earned money to get rich quick playing the slots, cards, whatever vs, playing 3 hours of slow agonizing games of bingo. our county of 50,000 people (Oakland county, MI) only has 10 bingo halls remaining. the rest of them including the veterans halls, church groups, etc. as Bingo money is their bread and butter, It causes the veteran's halls have gone out of business. a portion of the Money earned from those bingos would of gone to charities. I worked at 2 bingo halls and both of them were knocked out by the casino trade. Then you got your husband or wife that steals from you because need to fulfill their addictions. some people take out a 2nd mortgage and bet it all only to lose it, their homes, their family, etc.
I live in a retirement community and I call bingo twice a month. Everyone knows me, I am mister bingo. The game starts at seven pm and the people start to gather at 6:45. I never played bingo much when I was younger. If I did not call bingo I might not play bingo. It can be fun to pklay.
Imagine being an idiot on a cruise that is using their camcorder to film the buffet table. Who in the hell do you think wants to see a video of a buffet table on a cruise you went on?!?!?
For the longest time I thought bingo was made up for US TV shows lol such a weird game I guess kinda like a more instantaneous lottery but also way more expensive

Watching addicts try and justify why they play is hilarious and sad at the same time. Even worse seeing those who know they have a problem and wont stop playing it. Just like the one woman saying she had a problem doing it but doesnt have anything else to do so she plays. Seriosuly if you know its starting to have a problem with playing to much then stop and go find a better and healthier hobby to do that doesnt cost that much money. I get its addictive and takes time to break a habit. But not getting help or not stopping doesnt resolve the issue
have done maintenance work in bingo halls, fascinating, massive sheds with people sitting in their favourite seats, do not, i repeat do not sit in a regulars seat, you will have eyes boring into your head. it's all full of rituals, game finishes and you see all these women running to their favourite fruit machine to play until the next game. i will say it is brilliant for pensioners, see their friends and can get a hot meal for pennies and a cheap drink, why heat your home when you can sit in a bingo hall
This is the third Bingo documentary I've watched in the past two days, it's fascinating and I don't really know why. I think it's the people playing it that's so fascinating.

People have a right to zone out and chill with their buds however they please but sheez these people could go for a movie or dinner and drinks with their BINGO buds a couple nights a week instead of blowing it on BINGO. In gambling the house always wins. Spend your money on yourself !
When I was in Matsue, Japan there was a guy handing out cards on the street and BINGO on a big screen outside. Of course I had to stop and play. I don't know how this video popped up on my suggested but I'm glad it did.
As for me, I'd like to try modern bingo out of curiosity, for people-watching, also a good cup of coffee and cookies. However, seeing this particular janitor at work all over the bingo hall has a deterrent effect for me. I can't unsee these worst housekeeping practices!!😝

I'm a certified GILF hunter, so I'm constantly cruising the local bingo halls, looking for that special someone who can take her teeth out, give me an old fashioned, offer up her balloon knot/shame cave/prison wallet, or at least let me split her ham for a few minutes. When I empty my ball bag of baby batter down her gullet, I scream "B I N G O !".
