Hey bro, well unfortunately my turbo was shooting out oil or coolant. My cylinders need to be replaced..So it’s n the shop now and I’m back company driver
Used to work intermodal containers bud use every one of those straps you got.I've seen what happens to people when those fall on them.and trust me it will move on you if it wants to the bottoms on those things are never level.throw some more straps on other than that you look good to go bud.make sure you got the slack out of those chains as their what's actually holding it and your best anchor points
Question? What the hell is the front chain doing? And I’d suggest a minimum of 4 straps. I’ve moved many containers through the steep grades and valleys of the west. When that tight turn comes and that wind grabs that container, your gonna want that thing to hug that flatbed.
As far as weight, 5,333lbs is most 4” straps your required to have 1/2 the loads weight in tie downs. It’s suggested to have more. But 46K divide by 5,333 = 8.6 straps (9) You have 3?
I wanted a used one,I knew what I was getting into when I bought it.As a beginner trucker I always liked the look of a hood truck,so last yr I was fortunate to buy one for $55k
I'm confused by the comments...your buying a older truck soooo what do you expect 500 miles and brand new interior? ..with the inflation of truck prices today the prices there are not bad at all and you getting a old skool hoods with cats and pre def ..I mean of course it's gonna need work ..everyone that I talk to about this place that bought there the truck is still running and only minor problems ...idk I don't get people sometimes
Well I was gonna buy a w900 frm there but most trks the ceiling top glass were crack n the interior was messed up sumwhat…But I found my 06 one for $55,350 n Florida
My man ...happy u found one ..I'm going there next week for my Pete ...hope it works out for me this is my first time owning my own truck so if it don't hold up then I'm screwed lol ..putting everything I got into a dream wish me luck and I hope to see u out on the road one day bro
@@aaronbelfi8074 just make sure u check out all of them before u buy it,they look good on outside but messed up on inside..Yea I can’t expect to have a perfect 20yr interior but they say they have paperwork on overhauled motor but when u ask bout it they can’t seem to find it so just be careful bro..My trk had a platinum overhauled on it n only 120k on rebuilt but after having it for 7 months I blew a piston that costed $22,100 to fix my top end
Boy you can buy one of these POS trucks for cheap then do the overhaul yourself for cheaper then what these idiots try to fool you into buying with fake paperwork.
My guy avoid mechanic shops in Illinois like the plague, and if you wanted your engine worked on right you should have took it to Cat not Kenworth. Good luck 🍀
A word of advice check your mudflaps and your trailer tires before you leave that warehouse if you have a place to park for 5 min (LOL) . Thoes bars tare up more tires and flaps than anyplace else I've seen . I don't know why they keep them in place. I speak from experience👍
Yes suhh she sounds good looks good to I think I’m going to check that place in Ohio out to they stacked deep on the lot now from looking at there vids
