A guy just making videos about things he likes. These things include movies, video games, music, Stephen King, collecting, speedrunning, and more. Hope you enjoy.
Tips I've learned over the years: 1) I read my SK books open at just over 90 degrees to protect the spine, even from new condition. 2) I found that when I read books without the dust jacket I left fingerprint stains over time. I never collected for anything but the enjoyment of the stories, but I'm an older fan since 1981 😂
Before any of you say. I’m aware that the new short Mission: Antarctica already came out. It happened before I was done and I wasn’t going to reshoot the video to fit it in. If you’re wondering where I would place it, I would place it, it would be between Ozzie’s and The Circus as the new number 14. It’s a passable short but it felt rushed. It was light on jokes, but the few it told were funny, the acting I found robotic at times, but the action was great. Also I find it weird that Blitzø struggled to get the crystal to work when he didn’t have problems before. I appreciated the reference to John Carpenter’s The Thing, and it was refreshing seeing a new environment. Even though it felt rushed, it’s kind of understandable given the time frame.
At the time I was building a replica of Freddy Krueger’s glove, which I still have today, and while I was sanding a blade, the tip pierced into my finger tip and cut a chuck off. I couldn’t say if the wound in the video is from the incident because it was awhile ago, but I was building the glove at the time.
