i dont understand this at all. this seems like wasted weight, the eotech magnifier combo is already fuck heavy. 1. the only reason to use an eotech is night vision. because of that, the optic should be mounted as far forward as possible to make clearance for your nods. 2. the magnifier should be mounted as far back as possible, because the eye relief is so narrow. or just mount it close to the optic like he thinks you should, it doesn't matter, place it anywhere at any time. 3. the magnifier already has a QD mount, and magnifiers dont need zeroing so you can already QD/QA it all day long. in fact, if you don't take it off in dense woods or buildings you're a weirdo. what's the point of this? moar riser? just buy 2x of any pica riser and put both your magnifier and your eotech on them
Seeing that swing helmet mount for their comms in this video is wild. I always thought those were invented in the 2010s. Delta were truly ahead of their time

All this ostentation against civilians is a lot of cowardice. ''That's what happens when you shoot American forces.'' Easy to say that in a context of tensions against civilians in the middle of a crowded capital and it even has fighter jets passing low. Say that to Russian, Chinese, Brazilian, Iranian, North Korean spec ops.
Wanna know how scary those fighters sound? Go to the commercial block right across from Miramar Marine Station in San Diego! The sound of those jets is tremendous! It triggers mass car alarms, each and every single time! I could only describe the jet sound as Vicious thunder! 🚀
Was doing some swim and survival training at Miramar last summer and got to hear 5 F-35s take off in a row. Yeah, like vicious thunder reverberating around the building walls surrounding the pool we were about to get into. Was super cool! F-18s are loud, F-35s are super loud.
I remember receiving small arms and indirect and after a while I would just laugh at it, you become different and you’ll never be the same again after.
