Hi, you can try making an an egg substitute with flax seeds or chia seeds. 1 egg = 1 Tablespoon flax/chi seed to 2 Tablespoons water. let sit for at least 5 minutes to make the gel.

How'd it come out?

@@snaidman-8450 : was partially like frozen foam, but still ok. next time dont want that texture. i also cut quite big cubes, over an inch, and they need to be small for a nocer experience. you can serve it with icecream and/or fruit, else it's a lot of firm jelly.
