Come on. Do an illustration that accurately represents the middle class. Only the rich can drop in 900k then 100k per year after. Thats the biggest problem with CV insurance. Insurance gurus who have millions in WL and are able to leverage the daylights out of their large CV... sell this same concept to the middle class.
Great video but do you have one that works with the other 90% of the population that doesn’t have $900k lying around. If you have a video that goes over the same concepts and examples but with someone who can only pay monthly premiums because they’re just getting started and maybe need to utilize the IBC as a method to start building wealth…how would a 41 year single mother living off of $1300 a month do this as a starting point?
That's my biggest gripe with CV insurance. Yes it can work well but only IF you have a large enough CV amount. A middle class family putting in 500-1000 a month will not be able to utilize this to the same extent as someone who puts in 6 or 7 figures in a year.

Hello Chris, I don’t have a Whole life insurance, but I do have a IUL which is similar. I just started it this year so like your video says 1st 3 years isn’t great yet. I also have from work a 403b and a Roth IRA 403b both IUL and Roth are newest. So using the regular 403b to pay bills having a newborn baby keeping money in a high interest checking, doing snow ball dept idea.
Im a new policy owner since April of this year, and all I can say is I continue to educate myself through this channel. Reading a book is different versus these guys showing examples of how you can implement by changing one thing. Thank you gentlemen, keep up the great work! 🤘🏻

Wouldn’t it be interesting to see an insurance company embrace Bitcoin/ crypto as a form of currency exchange? I pose this question from my understanding of the dollar decimation, it’s no longer the world currency, no longer can be called the petrodollar. Its purchasing power has weakened substantially in the USA.
This is sickening! I am a Realtor and I will never ever buy a new house. Why? I know how this business works. In my opinion, it's a total scam. Save your $$$ and buy a land, then get yourself a reliable contractor who can build your house for less than $150k. Also, use the HELOC strategy to payoff your balance in less than 7 yrs ❤🎉
It looks like you’re treating the interest rates differently. Mortgage you’re compounding, but ETF growth you’re just calling 10% of initial investment. If SPY grows 10% a year (it’s up 33% over the last year right now) and I buy $10k worth at todays price if $582, won’t that 10% yearly growth, assuming the average holds, make that initial 10k worth like $175k in 30 years? Like over 1600%? So saying you’re only getting 10% vs spending 60% over 30 years, isn’t the comparison off? Am I missing something?
The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks, Gold, silver and digital currencies
I do not disagree, there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such execution are usually carried out by investment experts with experience since the 08' crash.
