So right Shaky I'm one of them, rather have the physical to hold not the download, guess I'm just of that age 50 something but I don't care, he is always going to be my number 1 go to for music, simply just the best. Have "Fire In The Blood" and its truly amazing for any Shaky fan to own. Best thing I've ever received, thanks so much Shaky for all the hard work you put into making this gorgeous collection just for us 💋❤. Cant wait till live music is back I'm first in the queue when or if shaky does a tour.
I do have it (or should! I lost a lot of stuff a couple of months back due to a hard drive failure). I actually thought that the whole album had been uploaded before under a previous account but can't find anything. Give me a couple of weeks and I'll see what I can do
He's also working on a brand new album but covid has put a spanner in the works in it due to many places being shut or restrictions and so on, but shaky never lets anything put him down so it will be made but its just going to take longer than would.be liked.
I'M A MASSIVE ELVIS PRESLEY FAN AND I NORMALLY HATE ANYONE WHO TRIES TO IMPERSONAT THE KING BUT I'VE SEEN THIS GUY AND I HAND ON HEART THINK HE IS AMAZING, ,,,,,NOT ONIL DOES HE LOOK THE PART HE ALSO PUTS HIS HEART AND SOUL IN TO HIS PERFORMANCE, ,,,,,,OVER THE YEARS I'VE SEEN GUYS TRY TO IMPERSONAT THE KING AND I WOULD NORMALLY WALK OUT, ,,,,,,,BUT THIS MAN IS FIRST CLASS, ,LONG LIVE THE KING, ,,,,,LOVE YA ,,,X
Sadly for me he's too eyerish as a D.J because Larry Gogan is an Irish music legend. He doesn't need to pander to the Irish 1970's listeners as he is of such a standing as to rise above this nonsense and run his own show to a format like almost the most successful U.K D'J's and use a programme to his suiting
I remember a lot from this year. January we had the heavy snow, and we had a new Doctor Who, Peter Davison. This was the year my nana died, when we moved to Merthyr Tydfil. This is when Radio one was good, funny how music takes you back in time.
Sorry but you have the broadcast date. This chart was originally announced on Tuesday 25 January 1982 and this show was on 31 January 1982. (Up to Sep 1987, the show date was always a day AFTER the w/e chart date). Vance's first Top 40 show (chart originally announced 5 Jan 82) was the 10 Jan 82. The week before (3 Jan 82) was Tony Blackburn's last show as he counted down the top 40 of 1981 (as there was no new chart that week).
They did this song at Bath last night, fantastic voice, great band, great night. Hope to see them for many more years to come. Sue and Paul from Gloucester.
