Hi, I lived in a serviced apartment. The rent was accordingly high but I didn’t need to care about the furniture, had a gym and lots of community spaces. ☺️ Just google for serviced apartments in Frankfurt.
I can restrict pretty well during a normal day, but once I go to a gathering with food, that day is basically ruined cause I could never refuse such tasty food. I also struggle at night time when my binge urges are the highest, and that's usually when the diet goes offtrack .
I totally feel you! It is also very hard for me to control myself in social settings. But really~~ just enjoy the meals. One meal should not destroy your ambitions. I also learned to keep eating normally throughout the day to not binge all at once at the event. Staying nurtured throughout the day prevents binging. Good luck for you!
Try having a High fat low carb meal at night ! That helps cause it feels you up! and after try doing something fun or try to sleep.Also try eating at the same time every day, your body will adjust to it and you will only feel hungry Around that time.
@@muratb.4388 I also always need to finish my meals with something sweet. But you can reduce your sugar cravings, which might be caused by a glucose spike / high blood sugar levels, by starting your meal with something savoury, fibre, and protein rich. The other thing that might help is drinking apple cider vinegar before eating something sweet. :)
Note that this is misleading advertising (not on RU-vidrs part) - "Bib Gourmand" meaning not Michelin star, but good value for food. Thailand has only 35 Michelin starred restaurants (7 2 stars, 28 1 star) which is wild for a cuisine that is soooo good.

You come there for a really good burger, made with meat😎! If Meat, fish and eggs or the like, isn't your thing😊, CPH has s number of Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants 😀 ! I have been shanti toya in Nov/2022. I paid US$75 per night for a single room. The yoga shala is so small. The pillow case has mold, room was dirty. However there is aircon in the room which was nice. I think Suan sati in Chiang Mai is better.
