Hi @ashdendwyer5669 - the gauge beeping is related to the warning level on the gauge, eg if an oil pressure gauge, the gauge will beep once it falls BELOW the warning level, if water temperature, the gauge will beep if ABOVE the warning level, and so on. Check out the instructions for your particular gauge on our website for a "how to" on setting the levels. You can find the instructions under the SPARES/SPECS section on all of our gauges.
I've got a SAAS Trax boost/EGT gauge and the LED segmented display is far to bright at night, is there a fix for this??? The analogue boost part is fine, and both do dim when the park and or head lights are turned on. Otherwise, it's a good bit of gear. Just way to bright at night.
Hi i got a digital tacho and it fluctuates 2000 to 3000rpm more at idle. Its set to 8 for 8 cylinders and if you pull the coil lead off and crank it the gauge shows 1400rpm and can tell you its nowhere near that. Have you got any thoughts. I have put a 10k 1/5w resistor in and made no difference. Could a faulty coil cause this? Bosch electronic ignition.
G'day @TRDieselPerformance - the gauges come with senders but adaptors may be needed depending on gauges selected, engine, model year etc. Submit an enquiry through our website www.shopsaas.com and include a few more details about your gauges/vehicle and we can respond accordingly.

Hi Manuel - apologies for the late reply but I am quite a ways from mastering this social media game. I actually think I replied to you from a different account, such is the lack of techno skill! At any rate, I use a generic brake vacuum pressure bleed tool that works very well for calibration and testing. These are readily available online though I can't recall exactly where we obtained ours from. We don't sell them ourselves, but the closest I can fine (and no affiliation to vendor) is as per this link: www.prokit.com.au/vacuum-pump-brake-bleeder-22pc-with-spare-reservoir.html Cheers, Tom
I really like the look of your speedometers. You say it will read a hall effect signal. I have built an ev, my fardriver controller sends a hall signal from a wire to give a speed pulse for a display. Would this work with your display?
Hi Tori - so long as your signal is a square wave, it may prove to be ok. If you submit an enquiry through www.shopsaas.com/form/contact-us/ our gauge tech Rob can discuss with you. Cheers The ShopSAAS Team
Funny thing is I wanted to know exactly what power supply settings to use for testing these gauges and this video supplied everything. Can't wait to get a couple installed in my car.
