Hi, I am from Armed forces and I hold a visa called section (8) exempt and not sure which category it falls under whilst submitting the application. Would you be able to clear the confusion please?
What if I go to university and my visa expires in the middle of the year 2, will I have to move on a student visa and pay an international fee or will I not be able to continue my education at all ?

I arrived UK 2005 and regularised my status 2018 I am so gutted that NHS England will not offer me Social work bursary, despite working for the NHS.
