It's a shame. besides that one guy being irrational on twitter, I almost never blame the devs. They work under a crazy amount of pressure to meet unrealistic expectations from publishers. Hopefully those guys get to work on different projects in the future, they had something going there if they didn't put a $40 price tag.

Yeah, for a FANTASY world, where she can out run and out-maneuver traps that are killing adventurers for hundreds of years, can back flip and dodge arrows, she suffers from REAL WORLD problems. Need to start making movies about female character and twisting them hard against their original culture. Like make a barbie movie but its just ken railing barbies and treating them like crap. Or make a shera movie were heman were he takes her powers and and place. Just "subvert expectations."
That was pretty neat man, I love what you and the guys are doin’ with this stuff. Decent comedy, good writing, funny as fuck stilted animations, and that outro song was pretty good too. I don’t know how you guys actually managed to catch yourselves a leprechaun, but I’m sure the Irish will enjoy having their national animal represented in this. Just wanting to add something real quick. Noticing people debating Joshua's faith? Not if it's real or something, but debating his game universe's established lore. Why are people saying he's not Mormon just because he's not orthodox? I'm a witch with Gabriel as one of my deities who used to call herself a Christian Witch for years, you can ABSOLUTELY call yourself whatever you want and not be orthodox. Joshua calls himself Mormon in his game too if you watch the cutscenes of the Honest Hearts dlc or have played it. He's from the Fallout universe, specifically New Vegas. Yes he may geographically from Utah and thus is seems like a convenient choice...but he does idolize Browning, who himself was Mormon irl and made the 1911s Joshua is always seen maintaining. So I don't think the label was just slapped on. But hey what do I know? I'm just a Gentile and Witch who looked more into this character and actually was inspired by him in terms of faith more than my highly Christian family members on my Mom's side. Who all have vices of their own but condemn and look down on others in the same breath. Sure I may be a witch and have no intent to change that, but Joshua's existence is still an inspiration and if anything else an affirmation for me nonetheless. Hell I think Gabriel's been quite happy I've been finding inspiration with such a character, even if he's fictional. Anticipating comments that may inevitably call me crazy, but hey, I stopped caring years ago about what others think of my beliefs.

This was awesome and very well put together. With more video game characters interacting with Joshua via AI, I am eager to see characters like Kain(Legacy of Kain/Blood Omen) and Death(Darksiders) talk to him eventually. I stand by my opinions that they'd have very wonderful conversations. Also if Death could get such a chance, I think a book he could bring up himself would The Last Unicorn. A book(that was adapted into film) that perfectly illustrates the dilemma between mortal and immortal, and what understandings each side can bring the other. Not to mention it being a perfect piece of Memento Mori media.
One of the best boss fights in the game imo. Most poetic battle of rejecting duty and basically being the last hope before the world descends into darkness. Felt it went well with the theme of the Horus Heresy haha.
I love her theme but my god, whoever thought to put the skywalker theme at the end had a stroke. I know they were all like TEEHEEHEEE OMFG WE'RE SO ORIGINAL, but it just jars us out of Bastilla.
I think G man was Big E's least favorite kid. He was a nerd, and kind of a tool and that's how he meant it. it was personal, not indicative of how he felt about the Primarchs in general.
I’d have to agree. It’s no secret the emperor has a history of using people in order to further his agenda. The way he had the Thunder Warriors executed after he created the astartes was proof enough. Even the birth of the primarchs themselves weren’t without freedom of duty. Guilliman just happened to realize it. But I’d have to agree, if all 10,000+ custodes were pretty much super close with the emperor as claimed (he apparently knew each on a personal level and by name), it would make sense that individuals that he made with his gene seed were sons to him deep down inside. Probably broke his heart to have had to kill Horus too.
Guts is from a dark fantasy manga called “Berserk”. Most of the souls games take inspiration from it. They actually released a few games, with the most recent one being from 2016 called “BERSERK and the Band of the Hawk”.
