MBA = Management By Accident. Most MBA’s I have worked with, have been next to useless. Arrogant, and skilled at BS, but little else. Thankfully it’s a fad that seems to be going out of favour. When they first became a thing Iin the late 1980’s, I was finishing my bachelors, starting my post grad. And what made me see how weak their case for respect or recognition was that half their papers were 2nd or 3rd year, piss simple undergraduate business studies papers. So not even a true Masters. They seemed like a scam for universities to get $$$ and create staff promotions / tuitee. Nothing beats experience and relevant technical expertise in what you’re making or selling. MBA programmes seem to produce BS artists who roam from job to job, pasting well worn cost control models, then fleeing with their bonus before the damage they did comes back to bite them… No thanks.
People have the failed misconception that an MBA is the pillar or foundation on which you stand on. It is actually a buttress of an already existing structure to allow you to gain bigger heights. To put it in another way you learn a business through experience then through further education can you further ascend the ranks in that business. To think that you can just "parachute" in as a manager without any experience in that business is really kind of folly for a multitude of reasons.
The value of an MBA largely depends on the supporting undergrad. Most MBAs are about 62 hours of business training. I had that when I finished my undergraduate degree in economics and finance (w/accounting minor). I then went on to get an MS in accounting, giving me 96 total hours of business training. That exceeds an MBA if it has a weak supporting undergrad. In that case, the MBA was used as a life-bailout because your English degree was worthless.

Its a mixed bag. Corporations are extremely bureaucratic and political in nature, not these perfect meritocratic entities. Often times people who "grow into" leadership positions do so not because they "earned it" as Elon implies, but simply because they are liked on a personal level by the right people in senior positions and/or have simply been around for a while. Experience and education are both meant to be signposts to illustrate an individuals competency, but neither is certainly perfect. Will agree that experience is generally more useful, but it is not a binary subject by any stretch.
God is not a narcissist to want just to be praised without a grander meaning behind. He gets the praise because He deserves it, but there's a grander purpose to His creation. He wants to raise children, that's us. He made us in His image, and He wants to make us in His likeness as well. Jesus is the only Way. Jesus is God in the flesh. He is full of compassion, love, and self sacrifice for His children. I usually see that with Allah there's no personal connection there. There's no love, no tears of falling in love with Him. It's just worshipping a higher being. It's not a true relationship.

Everything is full of radiation and tries to kill you. And no indication of life at all, just speculation. It makes perfect sense that there's only life on earth.
