Would be nice if these Redhens were preserved by the NRM or SteamRanger instead of just left to rot. In saying that, it also would be awesome if the former train line to Burra via Hamley Bridge and Riverton was restored.

Ah, this footage is just priceless. And cor blimey, the old Marion English tube-style station sign and the old footbridge! In fact the station altogether, exactly how I remember it as a young kid, going to the Marion Outdoor Pool for OSHC excursions during the school holidays. And crazy how the signs at Woodlands Park looked so different back then too! Thanks so much for posting, brings back so many memories 🙏

Believe an old Glenelg Tram is at Old Tailem Town which you can visit all year round. Best to phone ahead just in case. $25 entry well worth it!

There was this one episode where this woman who came out of the shower and was murdered by a guy wearing a monsters mask. It wasn't until that they found out it was apparently the landlord or gardener or at least someone who knew the property or at least the woman that killed her, and he was this middle aged guy possibly in his 50s. I remembered getting really pissed off about it and swore that I would wanna kill the guy in real life just because he murdered a young beautiful woman. But then I have to realise that it's only television, and it's all just an act but its stuff like that that I get triggered very badly, with violence towards women, rape victims treated like sports trophies, this is something I just can't handle very well.

The fact that there's a bit of black border at top and bottom edges of this video make it an ideal candidate for conversion to 16:9 widescreen. If you have Cyberlink Power Director, that software includes CLPV which will adapt this video nicely to the widescreen format. What CLPV does is take only a few lines of scan off the top and bottom edges, then stretches to fit left & right edges without making anyone in the video look like they've been "raiding the refrigerator"(LOL). Somehow it keeps everything in proper proportion while fitting to the widescreen format.
