Considering I got to your channel via the Nordic language class videos and I was checking to see if there was anything new on here. So because there wasn't I've been watching some older longer format videos instead. And this was an absolute trip! I too don't think there's anything to be ashamed of either. I'm Icelandic and I live in Denmark. I have lived here more than half my life and i still have problems drinking the danish water without putting flavorings in it. There is so much Kalk in the water that drinking it doesn't actually remove my thirst properly xD

I have this problem, when they are too noisy i wait after 10 pm. ( usually when they sleep) and , after a while i pick up a metal bar of 8 pounds, a thick book ( to avoid destroy my celling) , a stair case and then... i realease all my energy relentless at the celling with the metal bar bumping as hard as i can, until my arm hurts. I sure they think i am a physico. But i helps, it is less worse then in the begining.
