This recipe is very moist, so it's very sticky. You can apply a little more cooked glutinous fice flour when pressing from mold. Of course you can try to add more 5 - 10g of corn oil into the batter too. 😊

Hi😊Normally I storage in the airtight containers. Snowy mooncake best served within 3 days, otherwise must be eaten in a maximum of 5 days. Store in freezer, durable than chilled it.
