i do like how your version of BTD is like a reverse version of SFxTKs pandora mode. a bet that you or an opponent cant do a thing in a certain time period. pandora being "i bet i can kill you in 10 seconds" is very bad but flipping it makes it *sooo* good holy moly. "i bet you cant kill me before the timer runs out lol, even if i dont block!"
Bro what are the comments talking about. 1. Saitama way to fast for valentine to touch him 2. D4C love trains ability is to redirect misfortune to a different part of the world, and so what happens if saitama decides to blow up the earth with one punch which we know he is capable of. 3. Funny valentine has to come out of his light shield to attack saitama, and trust me, saitama is more than fast enough to dodge and attack him then As we saw and heard in the manga, saitama just needs to kill funny valentine in one punch and he can’t swap bodies anymore. Basically it depends how u interpret love trains ability. If the earth is destroyed, will the misfortune be redirected somewhere else in the universe, or maybe to a different dimension entirely. Even so saitama is way to fast for valentine to even touch him so it’s either a stale mate or saitama wins

Tier lists are usually not the most accurate, since a good player uses every tool a character has, and what makes a character "good" is how many tools they have
Hol Horse has decent neutral, monster good oki, and slow bullet is one of the best supers in the game. He has all the tools necessary to become a broken character in theory. The problem is that once you realize active stands exist (can’t be chipped, can’t be knocked down while in stand on mode) and the fact that without spending meter on slow bullet he has no real pressure of stand crashing, his game plan kind of falls flat to defensive play because once Hol Horse loses the life lead, it can be deceptively difficult to get that back, since most characters can comfortably remain in stand on without fearing an instant stand crash from Hol and his neutral tools, while not terrible, can’t really compete with most of the top tiers in this game. His game plan is also very linear since his amazing oki needs to be set up by 5C making it easy to predict when Hol Horse tries to go for his nonsense. 5C is also super minus on block so if they block it, get ready to suffer. A RU-vidr by the name of MrMixTape does a really good job of outlining Hol Horse’s strengths and weaknesses in a video he made, so I would recommend watching it if you are interested in this game. Is he unplayable? Certainly not. Given the chance to set his okizeme, depending on how high your meter is, Hol Horse can loop slow bullets on your ass and easily TOD. He’s bad, but he has tools powerful enough that you need to respect him in a matchup. Slow bullet is your best friend to help break through defensive play, and once you set up your oki with glass shards or another meaty option, it can be difficult for even top tiers to escape. TL:DR; His game plan is utterly decimated by the Stand On mechanic, something over half the cast has access to.
