Let's uppose, on one side of the MGate gateway, we have a Modbus client, and the other is Modbus slave unit (RTU RS485). It is not completely clear to me how to organize connections between these two nodes (what frame type I should use). If I understand correctly, the Modbus client should send an RTU frame, and the gateway will simply redirect this frame to the slave device, and then in reverse order will redirect the response from the slave device. Am I correct ?
Puneet Dubey The P1 serial LED is constantly Orange without any blinking. I checked the data received from slave using MODSCAN. So the problem is not with pin configuration. Do you have any idea?
