I have mild scoliosis and almost two years have back pain on my left upper back from rhomboid, trapezius, neck and head (all pain on left side only). So on which side I could use to lay on?

I realized I have a higher tendency of sleeping this way if I've overeaten and I have a full belly.

as someone with health issues that are eased with putting pressure on all sorts of areas by sleeping like that, not to mention knee to chest relieves my restless legs. i cant use a pillow hurts my head, so now tell me what proper sleeping positions are lol

I beg to differ the worst sleeping position is crumpled up into a green fishing chair with your spine doing some accordion antics. And my spine felt it for sure i was walking around the shops like a geriatric with serious spinal issues

It is comfy...i wasn't used to it, i ended up sleeping like this and liked it.
