Just be careful, it's near the Wando terminal, pollution from ships and whatnot. What is the cleared out portion of the island? Residential or industrial?
Given the style of the house, it seems…all the character(trim, molding, built-ins, etc.) was taken out of that home and now we’re left with a builder grade home.😳

it does not have to cost multiple millions with Atlantic properties on Daniel Island. They offer very nice family homes too under a million. 3 bed 3 bath
Great ceiling height! Disappointing tile work and cabinetry - especially in the bathrooms. Right now it presents as very vanilla and unfinished. A great interior designer with a decent working budget could really transform this place.
My dream vacation home. Beautiful spacious rooms. My only complaint is it has too much white the kitchen the countertops. The bathroom master I would want more variety of colors on the walls. Not too bright but more warm inviting color schemes. Other than that a great property.
