Sam was completely in the right here. If there was a late fee, they should have been able to pull up the T&Cs right away. Yes, lots of places have late fees, but not all and the amount should be stated upfront. How did he know he wasn't getting scammed/ a figure pulled out of their ass? And they definitely shouldn't have locked the doors. Not a fan of Sam Pepper, but when you're right you're right.
