For that sabertooth scene I wish sabertooth had Called him brother and Deadpool would have have broke the 4th wall and been and kind of out of the side of his mouth been like “in the movies…” or something like that since they aren’t in the comics
A prequel that I thought tied in really well with the original was The Warriors Ps2 game. It’s essentially the days leading up to the shooting that kicks off the movie. The game aged well for anyone interested.
It’s actually kinda crazy when you think about how fleshed out the whole series is now. You have that trilogy and whatever the newest one is which could lead into the original move and then all 5(?) of those plus the remake from Tim Burton… if you want to include that 😂
Prometheus and Covenant are better than Resurrection, do those count? And Prey is better than Predators and The Predator. Kong: Skull Island is also better than Godzilla 2014
Interesting list! I just recently went though the Alien movies and I did enjoy resurrection but agreed Prometheus was waaay better. Covenant I need to do a rewatch. Working on the Predator movies but Prey was the best one I’ve seen so far! Skull Island was better and it hurts to say because I’m such a big Godzilla fan. -Tim
I left the theater feeling underwhelmed by this flick. Ultimately I think I liked a lot of the pieces but I didn’t think it came together in a satisfying way. I especially didn’t care for them literally just explaining it all at the end. Dont typically care for when movies do that especially when I feel like there were enough context clues to more or less fill in the blanks. I would have prefers the mystique over the detailed explanation especially since I feel like I had already connected most of the dots so it just felt like them turning the lights on at a haunted house a little. Overall not bad but sadly not as good as I’d hoped. Still can’t decide if I liked cages performance or not haha. As you said it’s hard to say if it’s funny or scary and I think for me it leaned more funny than scary. Agree the joker was more scary (until longlegs final moments during his interrogation)
Totally an understandable feeling. As we say in the video the marking was a major miss so we think expectations made for a more mixed initial viewing but even missing the trailers it can be a weird experience. The ending being explained isn’t necessary but there’s so many movies that end off with more questions or way too ambiguous that is it nice to give the audience a clear picture after trying to piece it together for so long.

It is baffling to me that single dudes with some shitty hobby, videogames, MMA, construction, whatever it is... So, I do know that our podcast and peripheral video content is entertaining and fun for at least the small regular audience that we have, but y'know, much of our content does revolve around entertainment, games, movies, that kinda stuff -- which is admittedly by no means world changing or "important", haha, so that's more what I meant by it not being the most important. The value in it for us is that we get to create and hang together (we're brothers), and a lot of our content is more humorous than anything, so bringing some levity to the lives of anyone who like what we do feels worth it to us. I'd also say that I don't think it's particularly mast___atory to have a hobby, whether it makes it onto the internet or not. But I couldn't agree with you more that it *can* be and I think it is for a lot of people. As far as time spent elsewhere, I mean I've been married over a decade (despite your initial assertion 😂😅), have kids, record and release music regularly and have a second podcast about mental cycles, my brother is a full time streamer and creator in the gaming sphere and we both work day jobs too so like, we prolly wouldn't be doing this if we thought it had ZERO value, haha.
It’s not that bad. You have to have the understanding before you even begin that it’s not going to be a triple A experience. If you went in and expected it to be a banger, that’s like going to watch a Friday the 13th movie and thinking it’s going to be the same quality as the shining

Kpop is kind of an umbrella term as it has many different styles and genres within it. I would suggest checking out Dreamcatcher. They are a seven-member girl group that uses rock/metal fusion for their title tracks. I would suggest starting with their MV 'Scream', which is the first part of their Dystopia trilogy that deals with online hate and cyberbullying. One of the members is missing due to being stuck in China due to covid restrictions, but is represented with a masked dancer.
We aren’t sure who Peebz is but glad they had a sweet idea like this too! We filmed this on April 16th, did their video come out before then? Maybe they were in the restaurant with us and got the idea to try it in their own.
