Thanks for reaching out, but so far we are mainly focus on Shenzhen City. I heard that Tianhe District in Guangzhou is a nice area to live, but it might be a good idea to reach out to some people who already in Guangzhou for better suggestions ,thanks! Hope everything goes smoothly with your moving!
There is still cold days in the south, so for people who have living in the south for a long time, it can feel "chilly" for them, but of course different people have different sense of body temperature
Hi Kelly, I’m from Hong Kong, just want to know, how much is 3 b/room apartment in Shekou for sale. also let me know the same 3b/room apartment for sale in Zhongshan
Great video as always Kelly. 👍 My wife is from China. How much is it to rent a 3 bed apartment with a swimming pool in the complex in Baoan? Mid to high quality. Keep the good work up. 👈💪✅
Hey Rocky, thank you for your recommendations! As Baoan is a large district, the rent might be from 5k to 25k per month depends on the location, hope this will help you have an idea of the general renting situation, thanks!
would be helfpful to know the area in Shenzhen please????..also,, those apartments are so very small and narrow..is that normal to give idea of what to expect for price..... .thank you for your videos :)
We will show other areas in the Shenzhen as well in the coming future. The apartments in this video are in Xili area, Nanshan District. As Nanshan is the district where gathers a lot of technology companies and a good area for living convenience, that's why the rooms are smaller, same rent can rent a slightly bigger or much bigger apartments if you are looking into further away districts like Longguang, Guangming and Pingshan Districts etc. Thank you for watching our videos!
Hello, I'm American born Chinese, my wife was born in Toishan, China. Heard China real estate is falling. Is it true? Do you sell in Toishan? Can American own Chinese properties? Some countries have some restrictions. China should get American born to come back to help buy real estate. We worry about the construction, seen video of buildings collapsing. What other cities would be good to live? Thanks
Thanks for sharing the information. The real estate market is a bit down, which is true. Expats or American Born Chinese can buy residential property, but can only buy 1. Corparation owned by expats can buy commercial property.
Apartment summary: Space: 123.9 square meter Room: 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony Rent: 19000 RMB per month, rent has fluctuation depending on the actual situation and time
Starting from 1.1 Million RMB, depending on the status of the apartment and actual location, as the regulation of Shenzhen buying and sell apartment, expats can only buy one residence type of apartment, not commercial type of apartment so far.
Hey there ! I am watching your video in 2023, what about the average rent of one room apartment in Shenzhen? I am looking for under 2000 rmb, i am just about move over there
I'm glad that I've found your channel. I lived in Luohu District, near Hongling Station, back in 2016-2017 in a horrible place called Happiness Mansion. The place was clean but small, maybe 43 square meters, and I paid 3,800 RMB. Why am I telling you this? Well, I might be coming back to China. A job recruiter is trying to tell me that I can get a studio apartment in Futian for 4,000 RMB a month. I have a feeling that she is full of shit. (She's probably lying.) Thanks for the video.
Ouch! Wait... 12,000 - 13,000 for three bedrooms? Maybe that's not bad. I mean, I sure as well couldn't afford that on an English teacher's salary, but it's probably a good value for some people.
@@CasaRentalcan you tell me how much it is to buy a place in Shenzhen near a train station to HK? I would like to live in Shenzhen while working in HK. How much is it to buy a 3BR? Thanks.
It's actually depending on the location and city. If you go to the northern or western of China, you can rent a place for like 1000 RMB or so per month, in a less busy city.
