Here’s what I’ve found … most people set up Moxie the wrong way. My approach turns it on it’s head. You don’t need a Messy Moxie! You need a nice clean workspace that you like spending time in. This channel aims to provide short video tutorials on setting up and using Moxie CRM for your small business.

The project creation assistant doesn't seem that useful for businesses with established workflows, but it could at least get first-time projects started.

Maybe not, but even for me having projects created, I amended mine by using the AI Assistant. I find it very helpful - but no, if things are set up the way you want them, the AI probably isn't going to be as beneficial.

Great videos. I've been binging a bit today. haha Quick question, why did you choose to separate your inquiry form from scheduling the discovery call as opposed to making that one step?

Thanks. It's just the way our process is. After an inquiry form is submitted there is an email and a redirect in place to prompt scheduling a discovery call.
