I really did enjoy this. That's one of my favorite bikes of my life. I'm 59 years old and if there was any. Way I could win a bike like that. It would be a God sent so if you can keep me in mind if anything it will not go uncherished and it would be kept in my living could promise. You that?
If you want to be great at hard enduro then follow Billy Bolt's example and get really good at trials riding. It's a good excuse to get a trials bike. Another great video!!!
This is awesome! The Monster is such a cool ass bike. Do you think we could get a video of the other bikes in the shed? Looked like some well loved rippers in there
I've not ridden terrain like this in quite a few years. I had my WR Husky 250 in the Rockies and it ate up this kind of rock garden. I'd ride a hundred miles of rocks any day rather then ride 10 miles of mud. You guys are working too hard due to your motocross oriented suspensions and close-ratio trans. Hang in there.
Concerning the front brake line.....I had the same thing happen on a YZ Yam.....it was a head-scratcher. 300 cc's in a Yam out to be great in the woods or on the track. Looks like you have 9 months of winter and 3 months of hard sledding......
Hey Kincade just some advice instead of using a file that can potentially damage soft materials used on break calipers, to "cut" masking tape you can use the shaft of a screwdriver and run it along the edge... Provides a clean cut do the sharp corner and doesn't scractch anything 😁
250 hopefully easier on the foot and back of the leg my cr 500 when i was younger felt like you wrestled a bear after u got off of it ,im sure the 250 is easier to crank my 500 u had to pump on it praying it didnt bite u .
Hey Kincade, wondering if you have any recommendations for 125 two stroke bikes. In your experience, which makes/years have you seen issues with and which have you been pleased with from not only a riding performance standpoint, but also to build and maintain? Looking for something to ride XC type trails with. Thanks for any input!
Ps sorry for the overly broad and beat to death “which bike should I buy” question. I just wanted to ask you specifically because of your wealth of knowledge about building bikes and ripping them!
Fractured my wrist in a motorcycle accident years ago. Car pulled out in front of me and my handlebars rolled forward on impact. I had numbness in my pinky and third finger. Hook of hamate fracture was causing all the problems pinching a nerve. Had to have surgery to get it corrected. Doctor said my fingers would go completely numb eventually and fingers would fall off from no circulation getting to them if I didn’t get it fixed. Find a good hand surgeon if that’s your issue. Wrist was super stiff and needed physical therapy after surgery. Good luck with it man, hopefully that’s not your case.
