I caught a guy putting a jar of coffee in his bag, he was all apologetic and said it was he did have money for it so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and let him buy it. A couple weeks later I caught him putting chocolate in his bag, this time he ran but I caught him and he gave em back.
He is very dishonest stealing from the store. Shoplifting is theft shop workers phone the police and then they are charged with shoplifting. Honesty is the best policy.
My god well if you do the crime you do the time as the saying goes 😂😂😂😂 and I've seen this so many times and they shit themselves as soon as they get caught and I had to laugh 🤭🤭 when he told them his mates name too shame on you idiot 🤪
There is NO WAY the staff should have done this in a public place! They should have taken him to a back room and searched him there! They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, there are ways and means to handle incidents like these! Disgusting!
The comments are not really a surprise unfortunately. Those who condone shoplifting are just as bad. A trash “take what I can” society because everyone else does it yeah ? I am so glad I was brought up better than that.
Some of these people are stealing up to 200,000 a year. And claiming benefit as well. They get off with a fine as little as 100 pounds .what a disgrace.🤬🤬🤬
It's only shoplifting once they have left the store and not paid for them. Technology he is still in the store and not shop lifted. Yes he had items in his pockets but still not committed the crime fully.
Same as Snow White and diversity diversity and Jack and the Beanstalk diversity is let's see the same steps or diversity had in Snow White prince always in the middle Ashley banjo and yeah he he leads all of them but you're just diversity now but I haven't watched it because 2025
So stuff in his pockets he was to pay for yea ok. Is this OK do you no realise scum who think its OK to help there self's and walk off the law abiding shoppers who pay are paying extra to cover loses. But hey that's OK we don't mind in this clip another non english straight off a rubber dinghy.
Idiots at Aldi have no power to seize or search bags without consent and a simple sign saying you agree to be searched on entry isn't enough since people may not read it, even if he did steal they've still broken the law. Security has the power to arrest without warrant using reasonable force the same as any non law enforcement citizen, but only if they have reasonable suspicion an indictable offence has taken place (shoplifting counts), but they still have no power to search, instead they have to call the police who can then search if they have reasonable suspicion. If a person is detained without reasonable cause they can potentially sue for false imprisonment.
