I was able to follow all this up until the remote management section. When I click enroll this iphone, ipad for me, it fails and I get a time out request error. Any thoughts as to why?

Absolutely awesome video. Started a new role and after 25 years in IT and extensive Cisco experience, this was an awesome intro and refresher in the Meraki world. Very well done, guys!
Hi, thanks for your query. Unfortunately, we had to take it down with reasons that were beyond our control. Appologies for not having that content available to you

Thanks for the video. I have 2 questions: 1) Where should we install the VA? We have 2 DCs in one country another DC in another Country and local branch offices . 2) We have more than one internal DNS servers, how can we configure more than one Internal DNS server ? Can we provide domain name???
You should be installing a pair of VAs at each site that has your local internal DNS server that performs Internet based resolutions (outbound) or in short where your DNS forwarding is configured. Alternatively, if you are using any small branch firewalls like Meraki MX or other vendor, you can leverage the Umbrella API to enable your branch firewall to talk to the Umbrella cloud dynamically. This way, you would not require VA.
What if I don't have a AD, is it a must to have a active directory? I have 8 sites they each have their own internet can i just point the dns to cisco umbrella and configure my firewall to drop any dns ?
Surely! You can do that. AD is just used to pull the IP <-> Username associations. However, you may be using an internal DNS server for your loal domain. In this case you should be pointing your internal DNS server to the Umbrella VA
Hi, Quick question regarding ESA deployment; Does ESA provide the capability to protect internal customer email traffic (meaning traffic from user1@customer.com to user2@customer.com) that is of course in addition to internet inbound/outbound traffic, knowing that both users mailbox are communicating with Microsoft exchange 2007 Hub transport server. I appreciate sharing your experience and knowledge on this.
Hi, it may not be possible natively, as the internal mail server would directly see the recipient in the same internal domain/exchange. I've never performed this but I think we can route the internal emails through some custom mail routing that I'm not aware of. If you may, what is your use case behind this? Normally you wouldn't find it deployed as a standard. Are you looking to inspect for DLP or something similar. Very interesting question btw. Thanks for posting
Hello, thank you for your video is very helpful. I have a question, this is only for InboundMails configuration, right? If I want to set up OutboundMails from Office 365 - CES - Internet there is another configuration, right? It's also recommended to set up OutboundMail or you're ready to go with just Inbound configuration?
Thank you so much for sharing the information. Would you please help to setup a lab with CES for learning purpose or what is the process? Your response will be much appreciated.
