Hi what brand of rice paper did you use? Or should I say what to look for when I’m shopping for them? I don’t like the one you put in water to get soft. Did you use shitaki dry mushrooms soak in water? Where do I purchase powdered mushroom or do you have a recipe for your mushroom powder? Thank you in advance.

I have tried this recipe but I increased the amount of sugar up to 3 TBSP. In the video, the author said 2 tsp of brown sugar but it looks like she put half a cup of sugar. Even with 3 TBSP of sugar, little juice is left. It tasted OK, and eatable. If others want to try this, expect a couple of tweaks in the ingredients, especially up the sugar.
Do you pour the marinade in the pot too? You don't mention it in the video but I doubt the salty flavor from the marinade would stick to the fish in 10 minutes. Agree with the other commenter saying that publishing the ingredients might get you more views.
