Brian: As I've been walking, the flat underside of my heels has become painful. It doesn't seem to matter what shoes I wear. They just hurt all the time. It's making it difficult for me to walk. I'm about 15lbs overweight and no doubt, if I lost that, it would be easier on my feet, but this is also making it more difficult to lose weight and get in shape. Any ideas on what I can do?
Brian, I love watching your health fitness videos. You teach us the What, Why and How to be the best versions of ourselves. I pray for your success. Be blessed!

What makes you say that? This exact approach has worked for THOUSANDS of my clients and even helped people reverse high blood sugar and blood pressure. If you have a better approach I'd be happy to look into it.
@@briansyuqi "thousands of my clients" AHAHAHAHAHAH. Dude, just stop digging your hole because it's already deep with all this stupid pseudoscience crap you tell
I'm a short 62-year old woman who has maintained an 80-pound weight loss for ten years, except for an extra three pounds I've been carrying this year. I do your walking workouts every day and also strength train 3X a week with 5 lb and 8 lb dumbbells. On the three days I strength train, I'll work out for 10 minutes at a time, two to three times a day. I consume protein shortly afterward. Does this sound like a good schedule?
I'm on a major journey for weight loss but I'm still 75 pounds overweight. I'm an experienced runner but I can imagine what's doing to my knees. I've done quite of bit cardio walking, and as I get stronger I'm plan to start jogging. Thanks for the tips as always.😊
Brian: You're so wise. I just finished a fast and thought I was doing well to have rice, beans, broccoli and peas as my first meal, but it lay heavily in my stomach. I'll try your suggestion next time and have a few berries to begin with. With the fast itself, I'm good until I feel a headache start. If I catch it as soon as it starts and eat something, breaking the fast, I'm fine, but if the headache really takes hold, I'm useless for the rest of the day. I'm grateful for your tips. Thank you.
