ARTIST: I use texture paste, paper, scraping, tearing, dripping, and pressing to create an underlay painting. Then I paint with acrylics: heavy and fluid, to achieve many layers of creativity and depth.

I use a variety of acrylic paints. Craft paints work fine! My favorite craft paints are Masters Touch brand from Hobby Lobby. Smooth creamy consistency.

It's been a bit of a struggle for an old chook haha but my Dad was obsessed with star war's, now my son's and grandson's! So I've really only enjoyed doing space scene's so I'm attempting this dear lady for my son's 33 birthday , finger's crossed but I won't give up , you're exceptional 🏆💐🧑🦳🇦🇺
I would plan 2-4 hrs, total. A lot of it depends on experience, but you could do it in 30 min. chunks. Good luck! I hope it looks great in your room! :)

Wow. I'm still afraid of using colours. I'm uncertain on how to interpret photos/images and making it into a painting. You're an artist. This turns out so beautiful. But I really want to try this on a mini canvas.
