I try to stay away from plugins as much as possible. Especially when working with large banking organizations, because of security and data sensitivity, they dont allow plugins to be used within Figma. With the latest version of Figma and how far their variable feature has some, you can build a very robust token system within Figma native itself.

0:14 Bruh... Tokens are literally variables. And Figma Variables are literally tokens. There's even a setting where you can enter information about the name of your variable (aka token) in web, ios and android (called "code sintax")

Omg love that you started late. I was 29 when i started my bachelor ict and media design. I am almost 40 now, almost 4 years into my own business and still struggeling. Q: if i want to move into the design systems world , helping businesses create them for example, where should i start? Been playing around with my system and others. And trying to implement everything into my core business -> design and animation.

12:30 did you choose that sea foam green background color because it’s similar to the color the soviet military painted its airplane cockpits in order to keep pilots alert and lower stress? (IIRC the Soviet color was a bit more turquoise, and the US military used to do a similar thing with a minty color)
