Phil, Great video and love the process and wording you use. Quite similar to a system I use to encourage clients to refer me business and it works brilliantly.
Opening with a negative sentence is terrible actually, "YOU WOULDN'T HAPPEN TO KNOW" The answer might just be NO I WOULDN'T. Better to ask ,could you simply refer or introduce me to one person, family, company, etc I started using this asking for a favour system in the 70's and have been ever since.
