I’m my case I’m at a construction site my journeyman has one guy on a double scissor lift cutting mule tape to lower and reroute cable he wanted me up there with him to help but the thing was I couldn’t help him if I’m on the same lift because cutting mule tape is a one man job so I ended up getting a second lift to help him pull the cable back because it would be fast and more practical to get it done in a timely manner. So I got hit with insubordination because I refused to get on the double lift and do nothing when we already have a guy cutting rope and me grabbing a lift to reroute the cable in my mindset that seems reasonable but no one wanted to listen those above don’t care to explain or listen
Are you allowed to leave before your end date if being retrenched and still recieve you retrenchment package and leave days but only get normal pay for the days you have worked
That would be nice if Florida nurses had such rights as you say workers do in Africa. Florida employers have the right to do whatever they want to nurses they feel threaten their profit potentials, from what I witnessed in 3 decades. Humans should be warned to not allow their children to also work with them at these Predator Hospital Systems. Thx for helping African workers.🙏
I paid for a wifi from Rain 4G, after 3 or 4 months of using the router it stater to have lower coverage of network and stopped having network at all. I called them and they said they will bring a technician to look at it because their experiencing a tower problem but they will come and take a look at the router. They didn't come I have option for them to cancel my subscription as I can't pay for something that is not working. But they didn't cancel it, today I received a call and they tell me to pay R2800 outstanding balance but I told them that in February I called them that their router is not working and can they cancel it now their telling me to cancel I need to pay R2800 for something that I was not using for the past 4 months because it's not working and I waited for them to send their technician. I want to file a claim against them where can I go please help
Hi Sir can I claim for spouse hes passport has expired and both of us we not working no money for rent with kids and now he can't go back to be a country cz of financially difficulties
What happens if your domestic worker from another province files a case against you as an employer? Does it mean that the worker always gets what they ask ?
How can you help? Two deaf educators unfairly discriminated and eventually unfairly dismissed in 2020 by principal and SGB of their special school. Up to this day, they are still unemployed. When these grave injustices were being committed and afterwards, these two deaf victims were absolutely without any legal advice and representation whatsoever. For this reason, their case was also mishandled at CCMA. How to effectively restore justice and speedily so?
You can pay for a type of insurance that covers workers. This will be paid out if you are made unemployed, I’m not sure but maybe there is a plan to pay legal fees if it’s unjust dismissal
The job should be such that one feel like going to work such as happy working environment, good salary and amenities, helpful manager, cooperative staff and understanding bosses. It is very important for the management to be affinity among the staff.
