the anguish and grief is palpable in Matts share. what a gift he has given us by sharing what is.......what we call anticipatory grief....another name for Love
Do a video like this featuring your occupational and physical therapists! People need to know of your amazing service! VNS Health, by far, has outstanding PTs! I am forever grateful to one of your PTs and OTs. My mother is back to walking and being independent again.
Do you have recommendations for people in same sex marriages? I saw a comment on another channel where a man was having a hard time with grief because some reactions to his partners death was that it not as major as a loss because it was just another man that died. Aa far as I'm concerned love is love and grief is grief. Thank you
Often we hear similar comments when a pet dies. This helps very little. Grief is about loss and learning to deal with it. Time helps deal with this because of new experiences that happen.
It is not always easy to assist aging parents and relieving stress is an important part of being a good carer. We have many kids with aging parents who need our assistance to create legal documents like power of attorney since their parents don’t feel they need help and yet they really do.
Thank you so much for these safety measures! My father needs help now and I will surely get these installed for him. Thank you for this invaluable video and keeping it up for so many years!
