I have a question. I repaired all injectors because i've thought the problem is in them but, even after repair my car wont start normally. cold start takes so long to start the engine. isn't the problem with this valve? fiat bravo 1,9 110kw. Thanks.
big thankfull to you man, after watching your video i have a question about my car, i have a passat CFFB 2.0 TDI, recentely i start to monitor my car data by vcds, i see that my diesl pressure fluctuating from 26301 KPA to 31801 Kpa, thats too much but car works fine, i test a freind car and i found that the pressure is almost stable '( from 29929 KPA to 28929), should i replace or clean or delet the filtre of the RAIL FUEL PRESSURE SOLENOID VALVE (the one you are speaking about in this video) or the one located on the HP pump (fuel pump pressor sensor or named suction control valve) wich one is responsible of this fluctuating ? thank you
I so hate you guys:)) It just seems i do not know how to drive my car. I modified so much on mine and still cannot get better than 4.4L/100 on the open road. It is true I drive it like i would any normal car. It seems i will have to do the injectors and turbo after all and maybe i will see consumption around 3. Nice to see this little cars still running so well. I do not think any other car can reach this consumption on external without electric (exclude plugin electric). Did you try the new engine 1.2tdi that does not have pompe duse? I am curious if the new common rail 1.2 engine is better. I would even consider swapping a new 1.2 engine in a2.
hmmm. I have <20k km on the new clutch and it started to do the rear gear thing again. For a2 i noticed that the problem can also be the gear shifter in the car (if i push the lever half a milimeter in front it engages reverse gear - in this case i think is the potentiometer from the gear shifter)
if the design is ok yea it's worth it otherwise just replace with new version. Mine have no paint on them anymore so is not worth to repair because of design. There is new version of buttons from 2010 that fits. I do not know the part code but you can find them on a2 forums
myeah i had the same issues with the metal washers. I do not understand why audi decided to use iron instead of plastic under there. It the same for the tank strap -- that has a metal washer. I wanted to pick your ideas where to look next for high consumption in my a2 1.2. I will try to contact you on the account you left on the main youtube page.
Hi Marek, thanks for the video. Can you tell me what is the name of the part that was broken? I bought a Polo with this engine, and the car is guzzling fuel like crazy. Open road consumption is at 7l/100km. When plugged into diagnostics it shows injectors running perfectly…
Great video, working on transporter t5 2.5 BNZ with similar issues, lots of vapour out of dip stick and oil filler, rocker cover is off and my cam and lobe wear is a bit worse then yours but now decided to replace injector seals as van covered 230,000 miles!! your English is fine, I doubt I could order a beer in Czech! Buenas tardes le comento un problema con mi lupo 3l por si me puede ayudar, el coche lo utilizo diariamente 140km lo he dejado parado 3 días y no me arranca, no es problema de batería ni del motor de arranque le he pasado la diagnosis ( vagcom) y no da fallo eléctrico, si lo fuerzo y acaba arrancando funciona normalmente, podría ayudarme, muchas gracias
Note: Do not alow the turbine wheel to touch any suface like concrete and similar (like i did here) to prevent vanes damage. ( 4:07 ). It is basically very stiff and durable (it is some kind of supersteel heat resistant steel alloy) so it withstsnd this without problems, but still its better to use both hands and PVC coated workbench. Also any effort to dismantle TC itself without having MIG/MAG profi welding machine is not recommended, You will likely end up with damaged bolt heads beyond recovery. There is no tool except welder to remove heavily seized bolts with damaged head in this very limited space!
Tohle auto spolehlivě zabije ta blbá robotizovaná převodovka, takže neboj, bude dost náhradních dílů od lidí, kterým dojde trpělivost a budou prodávat na náhradní díly. Dneska už je nafta odepsaná, protože chcanky, ale uznávám, že je škoda, že hodně úsporné diesely nemají nějakou vyjímku z emisních limitů, protože nástupce Lupa 3L by mohl napravit podstatné chyby první generace.
1)wait untill I & my friend finishes batch of overhauled originals 2) replace with steel ones and use liwer joints from skoda fabia 1, left one to the right and v.v. Dont throw away your worn control arms!!! will be needed to start mass&cost effective overhauling by bigger batches, taking the price comparable to steel ones!
I didn't know about the existence of those weights, I knew the next one had weighed it down at the back, however a question that has nothing to do with the video, have you ever replaced the shock absorbers? because I know that aftermarkets don't exist
@@marekminar4724 Yesterday I also removed the weights like you did. However, can I fit the Lupo 1.4 ones for the rear shock absorbers? and do you have any ideas for those in front?

The problem of u 1 cylinder is that the fuel is mixes with the oil at the same time, cause for a leak of the inyector , so at the end the crackshaft dont have a good lubrication at that part. All for the leak of fuel. I guess! See you.
