Hi Vaibhav, I have two questions: 1st - Can we remove our ring while doing gym for an hour and wear it back as soon we are done. 2nd - Can we wear Smart Rings in a ring apart from the gemstones. Hopefully wearing a smart ring won't interfere in the energies from stone!! Thanks
