While normally I'd vibe with that kind of guy, I would definitely not buy drugs in Japan. Asian countries have VERY strict drug laws by comparison to America and Europe. Simple possession can get you 20 years, you can be arrested even if you've already consumed the drugs simply for being high, and socially there's a huge stigma against it. And God forbid you're dealing them, some Asian countries have the death penalty for that. Obviously that doesn't stop those who want to, people are gonna do what people want to do. But I just wanted to give a little PSA for any tourists. Wait until you're back home to party like that. Every culture is different, so when in Rome do as the Romans do.

So I am from Germany and soon i want to make an exchange year in China. But I am afraid if I can’t understand the people there anytime. And I think the language is difficult isn’t it? I don’t know. Should I have some knowledges and basics before I go to China? And the food, as a Muslim, can I eat food without meat? So I mean are there in china food spots for Muslims? And would you recommend it there?

It's probably a good thing you didn't give prices. If you start giving out prices you start giving ideas to foreigners coming to Japan specifically to get high there. (I don't know why anyone would tbh... Not that I wouldn't want to walk around Akihabara after smoking some bud, but it really dilutes the purpose of the trip if that's all I'm there for) Side note: The balls on that guy to be walking around prompting random people; with enough drugs to put him Japanese Prison for life.
