America only exports garbage and fakes. The government and the people there are certainly ok. But the government is the very last thing. Germany is still being blackmailed and now they want to send Europe to war against Russia. I always wanted to go to America but my eyes have been opened
I really enjoyed your reaction but I think you read too much into it. How much/what did you guys smoke before recording? Also, I disagree with some of your comments. True all evil men eventually go, but some must be forced to go. For example AH was forced out by an event known as WW2.
BabyMetal is the product of the music industrial complex in Japan. They went to a school specifically to train them to be music stars (idols). They got put together by professionals. The lead singer had a different vision for what she wanted to do because there are many idol groups in Japan. She decided she wanted to be metal and to encourage other young women to get into metal. Her two other group members are girls who got on board with this idea. BabyMetal is very different from anything else, and quickly gained a following not only of young women, but also of young men. Japan is a culture where idols are big, after all, and it's very interested in kawai (cuteness). This is not off-putting to men there. Their first big success, Gimme Chocolate, is about dieting culture. Yeah, you were just rocking out to girls complaining about dieting. But they built up a huge following in Japan, and when they've been invited to tour internationally with other big, male, metal bands, the male stars have shown them respect for doing something new and different, and have generally been protective and supportive of them if anyone dares to threaten the girls or be aggressive to them. Though for the most part, old metalheads are on board with the new sound, or at least not mean to them.
Soooo many great songs by stick figure! Too many to recommend, but one of my all time favorites is “in this love” Check it out! Peace and love brother ✌🏽
Rick Rubin, excellent Producer of many, brought it to the table doing an album with Cash, he skipped on it at first but Rubin brought it up to Cash again with some possible visuals for a music video. Cash listened again and agreed.
He done 4 performances of this...this is ONE of them. It's a single take, best of the 4 he done. No editing. The guy is a genius. He's the most talented performer I've seen since Freddie Mercury.
Im 68 just heard them tonight. Been watching videos and they are influenced by so many great artists. This song sounds a lot like Rush to me, others are Led Zepplin. Very talented and down to earth group of young men, hope they stay that way. way.
He wanted to be an actor, but put that aside to be the frontman in the band. To help his brothers. He also took dance lessons and yes oozes with absolute confidence on stage, a big joker off stage.
I don't know if you'll even see this, but I'd love to watch you react to The Black Parade Is Dead. It's a full live concert and the spectacle is AMAZING. I'd pay to see you put the whole show on a playlist. Also, you need to react to Cancer. One of their best but it's a killer.
lol! I get where you’re coming from. This song utterly perfect for taking the hatch down and cruising at high speed. Thankfully, once in a while, modern artists can crank something out like this :)
I'm glad at least one of the guys understood the lyrics of the song. He was not only selfish, but by the way she describes them, he also might have been reactive and possibly aggressive too. It's not a breakup song, at the end she says "I was just a kid". It could very much relate to someone's father. And I know this because every time I hear this song, it totally reflects my feelings towards my father and describes him perfectly even.
The reason there wasn't actual bloodshed and war and stuff like that is that the video and the song's chorus are very sarcastic. There's a whole war, but IT'S A PARTY! YAY! People partying and dancing can be more infuriating because it's like ignoring the reality of what's happening around them. A distraction.
