I got dungeons a day after release qhen i heard anout it, got all dlc's and it was a great experience, i aldo got my friend to play (first we both played on my xbox than he bought his own copy for pc) and it was a way better and funnier experience, the 2 bad things are that most of the game is payed dlc's and it kinda gets after you beat archillager in apocalypse and apocalypse +
My first two playthroughs were some of the most intense emotional journeys I ever had in gaming. Finished my second just two days ago. 😉🥰 Anyone who is into gaming and hasn't played it has missed something huge and beautiful. GO PLAY THIS GAME. 😃
Literally if they just had the budget of Minecraft legends added to them it would have been such a phenomenal game. It already looks very nice, it just needed more of an actual narrative, or like characters or something. The game feels so empty as is, and for god sakes I find myself constantly wishing to find secret areas, and constantly disappointed that I haven’t found any. Perhaps the lack of characters is a good thing, because they probably would have just done that whole “friendly character that treats you like a child and tells silly, tame jokes” trope. You know like in Lego games when they have to write original dialogue for side content. It has the makings for greatness
I'd only get the Jungle one, Nether one, and The End one. The jungle is a fun DLC. The Nether has unique mobs. And The End is the ACTUAL ending. But The End is the best one to get.
@@Gigglegurus-ur7ee I didn't really enjoy the other DLC's. Just kinda bland. But if you can only get one just get The End. Its the best DLC you can get. Best weapons, Coolest bosses, and it has a whole new story with it.
I really enjoyed Minecraft dungeons when I first played it. I feel like it gets so much right about a gameplay, world and style it's really a shame this game didn't take off or get more love. There could also be new directions they could take this game to give it new life but they probably never will.
The bosses actually do give certain items as each level has a loot pool (as you know), it’s just that as difficulty increases, you’re more likely to get good loot. Getting a unique from a boss is probably twice as likely in apocalypse compared to default.
7:02 i recently played a rythm game that is multiplayer There were two levels where you are expected to have atleast one other player The fist level, they give you a dog to help, but the second one is so hard You have to fight monsters and heal, sounds simple but to do these things, you have to go between these two boards and play music and they are on opposite sides of the room and you only have a certain amount of time and you have to get a certain score and your scrore goes down over time and the enemies are so strong and you get no help,i beat the boss before this level easily but i still haven't passed this one
Personally now i am deciding in spite of the company in love for the game: gonna make more viseo essays and concepts for the fandom, the game deserved a lot more.
I just started playiing it again about a month ago and I am now at apocalypse plus 10, I already bought the dlcs a while ago so i got to play those. The game really makes you want to play until you have the best gear possible, and if you want to even make a whole new character and try play the game super differently from another time. Honestly a great game if you like grinding for OP gear
don't worry about the story feeling more complete with the dlcs. they take on a much more episodic story where 4 of them are just "one of the shards of the orb of dominance landed over in this new biome and is causing problems, go destroy it!" and then the nether dlc has no story and the end one is just "the endermen found the last shard of the orb before you, now they've taken it to the end to regenerate it or something and they're spreading end goop into the overworld" so they're completely irrelevant to the arch-illager and just kinda build up the world more as well as the mystery to just what the orb of dominance and heart of ender are
conclusion : yes , Minecraft Dungeons with base game + DLC is 40 € . Fifa base game is almost double that price . Minecraft Dungeons base game + DLC provides much better value than Fifa or other games like Path Of Exile . is basically an upgraded version of Nexo Knights Merlok 2.0 but in Minecraft . the minus is repetitive gameplay to reach apocalypse but other than that none .
5:16 Id also like to add that without the first DLC, getting gilded items is significantly harder, as far as i know the only real way to get gilded weapons without it are doing the tower.
Good video but mc dungeons gets a lot more lore and items when you go into harder difficulty’s like mooshroom island were you fight mooshroom not to sure about the lore implications though.
Another fear is that of the sounds/music. It doesn't scare me per se but it definitely puts me on edge when I hear both Crabsquids and Warpers as the music ramps up. Plus it's _really_ dark.
The game is good at making you feel like prey especially since it gives you a sense of paranoia since alot of times youll hear before you ever see whatever it is. And even when you do see it, It will feel alot faster than it actually is giving you alot of time to panic. Like i was always so much more scared of the reaper than any of the others even the seadragon which is the strongest because i could see it, keep track of it and it wasnt like it was just gonna bolt straight at me.
Minecraft earth is the middle child since it was before dungeons and after story mode since theres only 5 minecraft games (not including the minecraft arcade game)
Me after 5 minutes into Subnautica: I can't imagine going more than 60m deep. Me on my second playthrough: Bet I can swim straight down to 750m on one breath.
7:42 the reaper roar is even worse when you learn that reapers essentially use it for echolocation, so when it roars you might not know where it is but it damn well knows where you are
