did you install the fork and throwout bearing together and then install on to the input shaft? How do the cotter pins, on the throwout fit onto the clutch fork? Did you pry them onto the fork and then install?
before you go bitchin' and whining, I work at a dodge dealershit. have been here a year now, replacing these things. hammering things into place is a no no.

your not a good car mechanic if you dont think a hammer is useful or understand why one would need to use a hammer, especially when working on certain parts of a car, as far as that pilot bearing, Ive had to use a hammer myself and it worked great! just gotta know how to swing the hammer . sometimes not all tools are available when working in your garage, sure working at a dealership of course every tool is available,... so, to not understand this is partly why I never bring my vehicle to the stealership, they hire dummies no offence, I know from experience and obviously ignorant answers like your own only exposes and gives factual proof that im right in what ive said! there are many ways to get a job done and if you dont have the expertise to know more than the one you were taught in school then you have too much to learn before i let you work on my vehicle, which is mainly why I do my own work in my garage!. have a nice day and...great helpful video btw! thank you
after you lift off the rubber boot like buddy show in the video you have to press down on the flat metal ring and turn it counter clockwise while its pressed,,,,mine was a pain but before i knew it I felt it turn a little and when I released it I grabbed the shifter and pulled it up and out she came! was a beauty of a feeling lol I reached from underneath the vehicle using both hands, youll find a way
Thanks for the video man! I just pulled mine out yesterday.. sadly my clutch was good however my throwout bearing was seized in place haha! I just greased up the bearing
