While it might be easier for users to use EDM for metadata maintenance, EDM is one of the clunkiest tool to build a solution. The myriad jargon of nodes, nodesets, views, viewpoints are too confusing and are not aligned with target application's usage of the same information, most of which has been universal across Oracle EPM or even non-Oracle Business Performance management solutions.

Hi, Thanks for the nice tutorial. I was following your tutorial and able to get customer profile from the sample data (same as yours). However, when I tried the real company data, my customer profiles are not updated. I can see all the fields, but values are not updated. I run the whole process several times, but still no values. Is there any way I can delete the profile and start from again? If not, does the environment reset will work ? Thanks.

Thanks Chad. Its a great utilization of Flows. However, I noticed that when you approved the application from your phone app the application status continued showing "Submitted" (in Sales Hub after refresh) rather than "Approved". Is there a step to make that happen?

What a sleazeball! I used to work for Sellotapes and Scapa. They completely ruined the company with their confrontational management style, and everyone in management including me left the company, with a huge redundancy package. Scapa were as evil as Hitler, and they screwed up Sellotape forever! NEVER FORGOTTEN. THE FEW THAT DESTROYED AN ENGLISH ICON!!

One question I've been seeking an answer on is how the customer contact is linked to the System user. Since it requires a license for the customer to be able to access the portal this means they are set up as a System user. Also, a case customer can only have either an account or a Contact. So there has to be some link from a Contact to a system user so that a view can provide the "Equals Current User" when setting up the views.
