In my family it’s a tradition that I go to the Efteling with my family and after al these years I still enjoy it because of the theming and music which makes the park really special

When I went on that ride, I sang rollin’ by limp bizkit on it and I got the “keep rollin’ rollin’ rollin’” part perfectly timed with the part of the ride where it just keeps rolling over at the end! I feel like that song was made for that ride. I might sing it every time I ride sik now.

I used to live just a few hundred meters from Liseberg a couple of years ago. I always bought a season entrance card every year. Not so much for the rides but just to use the park as a city park for relaxation. When I was a kid (over 60 years ago!) the park had only one roller coaster, "Nya Bergbanan" ("The New Mountain Line"). It was a wooden structure with many tunnels. Each train was run manually by a driver in the last wagon! The hill with all the new rides was just a pleasant park, with walking paths, to relax in.
In other words, they got a lot more visitors when it was free entry! It’s almost as if making a seaside amusement park with an inland theme park business model I really do move😐
It’s worth pointing out that Nick Thompson went out of his way to work with S&S to help them develop a modern version of the steeplechase coaster. I suspect the reason why he did, that was so that if anything happened to the existing steeplechase, they can just upgrade to the modern version, plus it’s apparently one of Amanda‘s favourites as well, so I really don’t think it’s going to go any time soon, or if you did, they would just get the modern version or put on the modern horses from the modern version?
6:15 better than pirates of the carribean? Are you sure ? This ride is old old 1990 +- so a ride from that year can still be beter than a ride from ? Wich year 2010?
Great footage, fun to watch. Glad you enjoyed it there. Often Europa Park is criticised for not having a standout thrill coaster (which I assume will change with Voltron). However there are so many rides and they are fun to ride. Besides the theming is awesome, the food is great (for a theme park) and operations are world class. Now I will go watching your other videos 😊. Thanks again.
yes... its a great theme park.....i wish it was mine... and emily carver from GB news was my wife... and me and emily lived in the palace place there......well, i know it will never be my theme park and emily will never be my wife and i probably will never be a multi-millionaire.... but.....we can all dream.
