Nice sound, but not really fast. (100-200 round about 10-11 seconds, 6 or 7 Seconds or less were good) Not slow as well but not this fast that i want it. Im working on my 350Z Nismo (660 oh the wheels), and when its finished, i will work on my RX8. <3
The rx8 was never ment to be that fast in acceleration tho.. i wish i could swap my rx8 engine to a boosted 3 rotor but its impossible in austria due to emission regulations....
As i know, rotary is pretty solid engine and 80 or even 90% of all rotary engines break because people don't know how to take care of them. I've seen incredible projects made on rotary engines so I think if you tune it correctly and service in time, everything will be good
Yes this engine is fine from the rx7, though the the RX8 engine didn’t take as well to turbocharging as it was designed as a high power naturally aspirated rotary and with its side ports it retains too much heat in the motor if turbocharging leading to hot spots and reliability issues with sealing

First of all, look in description. They had made video over year ago and they claim it will be almost tripple pressure soon (although 0.3 is normal on idle in NA). They putted unstudded rew block (which i'm shocked that manifold from other car worked) their power should peek around 550-600 maximum if they have a good tuner. It is not bad per se, and you would not be able to push such power from renesis, but better look for other build. Something tells me that soon after this video release they tried to put more boost into engine and made boom boom. And "soon" became nowhere to be found.
