When my 12x36 building came to sunny Mississippi, the driver dropped it off the truck to the place I wanted it to almost exactly. He only used the mule to adjust it slightly, no rear wheels were needed. He also used the mule to raise it, as the front end was 20 inches high and due to the slope of the land, the rear was about 4 feet up.
