The blackout badging is the one thing I got from Amazon, my Midnight Black TRD Sport Taco looks better with them vs the chrome ones. The factory Tanu cover is really nice, mine came with it an the folding ability makes is so nice!~ Got all Polk Audio dB+ in my Taco an it sounds great!~
Man this is insane, no way on earth am I going this route. Throwing money into the air. Not worth the price, just to look at it 90% of the time, not like I’m hauling stuff for a living. I give it a no way.💸💸💸
I’ve got a 23 OffRoad premium gonna do tires n that’s it absolutely love it n do little off-road trails n just have a blast with it ❤I’ve owned several n driven for past 25 years they last forever just maintain n drive they take a beating as they are enjoy brothers ❤
I ended up with the Tyger trifold and am really happy with it. It’s a ton better than the one that cost twice the price that I had to send back! Thanks
Maybe someone can help? I have a stock 2006 Tacoma TRD Prerunner 2WD. The shocks are bad and I will be replacing them. Do I need to replace the strut springs or can I use the old ones? Also, What shocks do you recommend for the truck" I am thinking about getting the Bilstein 4600's. If I want to raise the front level Should I use the 5100's? Also, where did you get your seat covers?
I have a 2011 F-150 with the 5.0 motor, and I love my Pedal Commander. I have had it over a year, and it really makes a difference. Unfortunately, out of the blue my truck would start going into limp mode. I contacted Pedal Commander and they literally responded to my e-mail that day with suggestions of things to try to trouble shoot the product. When that didn't work out, they sent instructions on how to fill out the attached warranty form which you fill out right online. They then sent me a USPS label that I attached to a small box and shipped the unit back to them. To make a long story short, they repaired my unit and sent it back. Day after I installed started doing the same thing. Sent unit back again and they sent a brand new one this time and it works great. Point is they stood behind their product no questions. Had constant timely communication and shipping times. They made it right with no grief. Kudos to Pedal Commander. Wish other manufacturers stood behind their product like this company does.
Looks good. And thanks for the video. I have a 2016 Tacoma Sport that is charcoal grey so what color D ring would you suggest. Also I subscribed, take it easy.
Looks good but they are definitely more for show than recovery. Also, Robmotive put his on backwards (driver on passenger side, passenger on driver side) - by accident- but it allowed him to retain the factory tow hook.
I had the choice of a 23 Tacoma TRD Off Road, Double Cab, 6’ bed with the Premium and Technology pkgs or an identical 24 Tacoma. I chose the 23 because it’s a proven truck in reliability and durability. Historically a Turbo engine simply doesn’t last as long as a Naturally Aspirated (NA) engine. The 3.5L NA V6 has been around and improved significantly over the years. My last Toyota RAV Limited 4WD had the 3.5L V6 and a 5spd automatic transmission. I put over 300K miles on it. I sold it to a friend who always told me that if j ever wanted to sell my Rav, to let him know. He knows that I changed the oil and filter every 5K miles with Valvoline High Mileage Full Synthetic oil. I use the High Mileage oil from day one because it has additives that reduce engine wear. Every 60K miles the front and rear differential, transfer case and transmission fluid was changed. The brakes were bled every 60K miles as was the power steering fluid. Every 3 years or 35K miles the radiator was back flushed and new antifreeze was added. He gave me top dollar for my RAV. This is why I decided to buy my 23 Tacoma because I know the longevity, durability and reliability of the 3.5L V6, first hand. Both of my mom’s Lexus have had the 3.5L V6. I was talking to my friend who I sold my RAV to and it now has almost 350K miles and it still doesn’t burn oil. I know that a gasoline powered Turbo will NOT last for 200K miles without a major problem. We keep our vehicles for 15-20 years, or 300K miles or if it needs major repair, then we’ll sell or trade it in. I now only drive 6-7K miles per year and at my age my Tacoma will be the last vehicle I’ll ever own.
My TRD Off Road came with black leather, so I contacted Katzkin and they made me TRD Red leather seat covers with black trim and stitching. After Katzkin removed the black leather seat covers and installed the TRD Red Leather, I sold my black leather to a friend who had grey cloth interior in his TRD.
I have black leather interior in my 23 Tacoma TRD, but I HATE BLACK and GRAY, so I’m having Katzkin make Red leather with black trim and stitching for my TRD. My friend also has a 23 Tacoma so I’m selling the black leather that’s coming out of my 23 Tacoma, as he has gloomy gray cloth seats in his TRD
@@DJXPLRS Yep, every automaker has been shoving Gloomy Gray and Death Black interior colors down everyone’s throats since 1990 as their standard colors. My wife and I are sick and tired of those boring colors. My 23 Tacoma TRD Off Road, double cab, 6’ bed with the Premium pkg came standard with Black leather interior. So I reached out to Katzkin and currently they’re making me Red with black trim and stitching custom leather seats and door trim. Once the new seats are installed, the black leather seats (covers) have already been bought by a friend who also has a 23 Tacoma with gray cloth interior. After the new Red is installed I’m having the bottom areas of the exterior painted in Barcelona Red Metallic paint and Red pinstripes. I’ll ten buy Red accents for some trim pieces for the interior of my truck. (My Tacoma is painted White). It will be a 1 of a kind once I’m finished with it. I’m old and drive around 5-6K miles a year so I plan on driving my Tacoma until I die.
I just bought a 23 Tacoma TRD Off Road (6K miles), double cab 6’ bed, Premium pkg. I just got the K&N intake air filter, window vents and mud flaps. So now onto the interior…
I had the 2023 Trd Sports and this will be my retirement truck that is proven to last for many, many years to come.I couldnt be happier owning my 2nd Tacoma.💪
Food tray/cup holder expander. Since ive gotten one i could never go back. So nice to have a decent flat surface to set little things or eat on. Its also a nice spot to mount a phone holder
