A welldefined, relatively oval, iso to anechoic lobulated lesion of size ~ (34 x 25) mm is seen involving outer quadrant of left breast (3'O clock position). On CFI, minimal peripheral vascularity is seen within the lesion. Dilated tubular / branching structures with anechoic content and mild low level echoes are seen involving both breasts, more so involving left breast. Few small cysts are seen involving both breasts. No evidence of any irregularly marginated mass lesion is seen on right side. Both nipples appears normal. Skin & subcutaneous region appears normal on either sides. Few mildly enlarged axillary lymphnodes are seen on left side, larger measuring ~ 12 mm. OPINION: Features are suggestive of- > Welldefined relatively oval lobulated lesion involving left breast as mentioned likely to be benign lesion (? Inflammatory lesion / ? Fibroadenoma with cystic degeneration) ➤ Dilated tubular / branching structures involving both breasts (L > R) as mentioned - Possibilities Duct ectasia .. Kya yeh serous matter hai kya. Help me..
