I have an case exercise with Tideline coming up. I have three hours and during that time frame I will have a mock interview. This is not a mock interview right? I thought a mock interview would be me asking the Tideline member questions to help me come up with a solution to the case problem I received
Potential should take into and consider performance. How will they supervise, for example, a lawyer or neuro-surgeon if they are average or below average at what they do? It strikes me because you will loose top performers by compelling them to report to someone that cannot help them with the actual work and improve.....you will loose your top performers to your competitors because they will not respect their superior in title.
You can literally see everyone reading off of a script the whole time, for example 17:30. Lol at 18:36 she's not even writing anything. Please show actual realistic case interactions, or get better actors. Expect more from Bridgspan.
Great answers! I would have loved to hear more about the specific actions they would take on the influence question (#3). Reminded me of the legendary book by Dale Carnegie on influence.
Great video. You state there are 6 criteria for partners and 2 for solutions. You only provide 3 of the partners criteria and 1 for the soluations. CAn you name the others?
