I hate Zerillos analysis of the BSD fight. Poirier was fighting a dude who went balls to the wall, what was he supposed to do? Join his opponent in gassing himself in the first 5 minutes?? He kept jumping boneheaded guillotines and giving his opponent top position (so yes, some low IQ moments for sure) but EVEN THAT didn't cost him, Poirier kept getting back up...I thought he looked perfectly fine. When Whittaker has a rocky round 1 vs Chimaev before ultimately finishing him, I wonder if Zerillo will have a similar opinion. My point being, BSD did his best Chimaev impression that last fight...its hard to look impressive vs a grapple heavy opponent willing to go 100% when you're trying to pace yourself for a 5 round fight. Having said all of that, Makhachev is the rightful heavy favorite. I just felt like giving my 2 cents. LOVE the show.
That's not a bad point and I see where you're going with it. At the same time, it's a somewhat reasonable question whether the plan was to wait BSD out or he just got truly overwhelmed. There's nothing wrong with the former, if he was just that outclassed it's a bad sign (and I bet Dusty P)

Other mainstream sports have so much quality supplemental content to go along with the actual sport, but really good MMA shows that go beyond the surface level of news and information are few and far between. I appreciate the work y'all put in.
J.Brown more consistent than Tatum and plus I don’t trust Tatum vs Luka/Kyrie he will score but he will also disappear at times due to the defensive presence when teams target him
